Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

Juskar helps people discover fitness partners and communities, share workout posts, organize activities, and coordinate through chats. You must be legally able to accept these Terms of Service where you live. By creating an account or using Juskar, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in information confidential, and use only an account you are authorized to use. The current version stores account and community data on your device. You are responsible for activity performed from your account.

3. Community Standards and Moderation

Do not post or send harassment, hate, threats, scams, impersonation, illegal material, sexual exploitation, or content that puts people at risk. Use the in-app reporting and blocking controls when needed. We may filter, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, captions, messages, and activity details you create. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and that it does not infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights. You permit Juskar to process and display it on your device only as needed to provide the features you choose.

5. Activities and Personal Safety

Hosts are responsible for accurate activity details, but Juskar does not supervise or guarantee any event, venue, participant, or outcome. Use your own judgment before meeting others, follow local laws and venue rules, consider appropriate training and protective equipment, and seek professional advice when necessary.

6. Coins and App Store Purchases

Eligible purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Coins are consumable digital items for supported Juskar features, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or restored after use. Apple controls billing, refunds, taxes, and purchase authorization under its applicable terms.

7. Availability, Termination, and Disclaimers

Features may change, be suspended, or end. You may stop using Juskar or delete your local account at any time. We may restrict access for material violations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juskar is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, fitness outcomes, personal compatibility, or the safety of in-person activities; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes and Support

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or safety changes and will show an updated date. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them. Contact support@juskar.com with questions, complaints, or safety concerns.
