Privacy Policy

1. Scope and Summary

This Privacy Policy explains how the current version of Juskar processes information when you create a local account, build a profile, create posts or activities, chat, use safety controls, or purchase coins. Juskar does not operate an account or content server in this version.

2. Information Processed

Juskar processes information you enter or create, including your display name, email address, password, profile details, photos, videos, captions, posts, messages, club and activity details, follows, blocks, reports, and other interactions. It also stores app-generated identifiers, dates, settings, coin balances, and purchase transaction identifiers needed to prevent duplicate credit.

3. Sources and On-Device Storage

Information comes from your input, your choices in the app, media you select or capture after granting permission, and App Store purchase results. Account, content, interaction, moderation, and media records are stored in the app’s local storage and IndexedDB within the iOS app sandbox.

4. How Information Is Used

On-device information is used to sign you in, display and edit your profile, create community content and activities, support chats and relationships, apply reporting and blocking choices, remember settings, maintain your coin balance, and complete features you request. Juskar does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

5. Sharing and Third-Party Processing

The current version does not transmit your profile, credentials, posts, messages, reports, or media to a Juskar server and does not sell personal information. When you start a purchase, the selected product identifier is sent to Apple; Apple processes payment and returns a purchase result under Apple’s privacy terms. Juskar includes no advertising or analytics SDK that receives your app data.

6. Camera, Photos, and Microphone

Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose media for a profile, post, or activity. Microphone access is used only when you record media or use an audio/video feature. You can deny or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings; features that need a denied permission may be unavailable.

7. Retention and Deletion

Local information remains on your device until you delete it, delete your account, clear the app’s data, or uninstall Juskar. Delete Account in Settings clears the local account, content, interactions, moderation records, and locally stored media. Apple may retain purchase and billing records under its own legal and privacy obligations.

8. Security

Juskar relies on the iOS app sandbox and device protections to limit access to local data. Keep your device and sign-in information secure. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Juskar does not knowingly request personal information from children through a Juskar server. If you believe a child has created local content in the app, delete the local account and contact us.

10. Your Choices, Changes, and Contact

You can edit profile information, delete your posts, report content, block or unblock users, manage iOS permissions, and permanently delete your local account from Settings. We may update this policy and will show the revised date. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@juskar.com.
